1. Overview
This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how subscriptions renew, how to cancel, and when refunds are available. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
2. Subscriptions and renewal
Max is sold as a 1-month plan at $14.99 for 30 days, or a 3-month plan at $29.99 for 90 days. The price, period, and whether the charge is one-time or recurring are shown clearly before you pay. We email you before any later charge. You can cancel at any time — see “How to cancel” below.
3. 14-day cancellation right
New subscribers in the UK and EU normally have a statutory 14-day right to cancel. At checkout, you may expressly ask us to begin supplying the paid digital content immediately and acknowledge that the cancellation right for that digital content is lost once supply begins. We rely on that exception only where the law allows it and the required consent and acknowledgement were captured.
Any cancellation or refund right that remains for a service element, faulty or misdescribed digital content, a billing error, or because required pre-contract information was not provided is unaffected. Where applicable, refunds or lawful deductions reflect what was supplied before cancellation. If you have not used paid digital content, we refund your first subscription payment when you contact us within 14 days.
4. Paid digital content
Max access is digital content delivered to your account immediately. There are no token packs for sale. Refund requests for undelivered access are reviewed case by case, taking into account delivery status, technical faults, applicable law, and card-network or processor requirements.
5. Billing errors
If you were charged in error, charged more than once, or a purchase failed to deliver, contact us and we will investigate and refund any verified error.
6. How to cancel
To cancel your subscription, go to Account, then Billing, then Cancel subscription, or use the one-click cancellation link in any renewal reminder email — either stops all future charges immediately. Your access continues until the end of the period already paid for. You can also email [email protected] and we will cancel for you.
7. How to request a refund
To request a refund, email [email protected] or contact us with your account email and the date of the payment. Approved refunds are issued back to the original card. A member of our female-only support team replies in 2hrs. We aim to resolve approved refunds within 7 business days.
8. Payment records and disputes
Card charges appear on your statement as DESIREOS LTD — never a creator\u2019s name, never a description of what you unlocked. If you do not recognise a DESIREOS LTD charge or believe there has been an error, contact us and we will investigate and resolve any verified error quickly. Nothing in this Policy limits your statutory rights or your right to contact your card issuer.
9. Model cancellation notice
Any clear statement that you wish to cancel is sufficient. If useful, copy and send the notice below to [email protected]:
To DESIREOS LTD, 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom:
