Our process for responding to notices of alleged copyright infringement on DesireOS.

Send a signed DMCA notice to [email protected] including: identification of copyrighted work, URL of the infringing material, your contact information, a good-faith statement, a statement of accuracy, and your physical signature.

If you believe content was wrongly removed, file a counter-notice to the same address with: identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury, your contact details, and consent to federal jurisdiction.

Accounts with multiple valid DMCA notices will be terminated.
