Age Verification Policy

DesireOS is regulated under the UK Online Safety Act. All users must be 18 or older and complete age verification before accessing NSFW content.

We operate a layered age-assurance approach: an 18+ confirmation gate, geographic verification, and, where a credit-card payment is used, the card-issuer check that applies to it (credit cards are not available to under-18s in the UK). We are integrating facial age estimation via Didit, a third-party age and identity verification provider, as an additional privacy-preserving check; Didit does not retain your image or ID beyond the verification check.

All AI companions are depicted as adults aged 18 or older. We enforce this at both the generation and moderation layers.
